We stayed one night on our way to the Smoky Mountains. We were impressed with this hotel, the service and cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again.
11/30/25 Well priced, friendly service, decent breakfast. Checked in around 11pm and had to call a phone number to be let in. After both my wife and I calling, we finally got through to them after a long 15 minutes. We were told to pull the front doors open ourselves and pull them shut. Kind of annoying after standing outside in the cold waiting, but I was expecting this after reading previous reviews. Front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating, and upgraded us and our dog to a suite on the 3rd floor away from the interstate, and did not charge us a fee for our dog. This was a welcome respite after being on the road the past 12 hours. The heater in the room was a bit loud, but I did fall asleep on the comfy king bed. TV was old school with basic cable, but hey, it was fairly priced, which is always a good thing.
Everything is great besides the pool, it's supposed to be heated but it was freezing!! Staff was amazing, kind, and helpful!
Last minute need and was super happy with the stay. Check in was great and super easy. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Only 4 stars because there's never enough towels and all hotels need more jacuzzi tubs. Will certainly be staying again. NOTE: I placed a few rocks for my late sons facebook group. He passed away at 19 years old and his 9 siblings, father and myself wanted to keep his memory alive with a rock group. Please feel free to take the rocks and replace them! Just tag the find and new location in the group on the back of the rock (FB/ElijahRockz)
We got a jacuzzi room on the 3rd floor and it was very nice! The room was clean and smelled really good. The pool was nice and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was really good too and had a lot of choices. Definitely recommend and will be back.
Room was okay. Better than the initial walk around the lobby. Needs a good carpet cleaner and some basic upgrades. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
It's kind of hard to get to because of starbucks, but the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was not great though. They had waffles that had a strange aftertaste, cereal and milk, concentrated juice, yogurt, some danishes, and apples. The front desk service was fantastic!
Overall, a good experience here. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, and good parking. Right next to a Starbucks and right by the interstate. The only change I would make is a softer bed (it was a little too hard and I couldn’t get fully comfortable) but despite that I travel through this area a few times a year and would book here again. A lot of good restaurants nearby and I felt safe at this location (good lighting and they only let you in with a key after 11p). The prices were reasonable as well and I used booking.com ti find them.
